Your Property Manager will be available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If there is an emergency between 5pm and 9am or anytime at the weekend, we offer an out-of-hours emergency service.£10 per unit per annum

MAJOR WORKS
 Major Works Management Fee12.5% of total contract value.
Contract Administration Fee Includes a thorough inspection at the beginning of a project and create an addendum should the works require any variations upon closer inspection.£195 per hour
CLEANING
Cleaning communal areas (min 2 hrs) – includes materials and equipment£25 per hour
Flat clean 1 bed (min 2 hours) – includes materials and equipment£40 per hour

The fees included within the Schedule are subject to change and will be reviewed annually.
